A land of mists, midges and a myriad of Single Malts, with spectacular landscape, incredible wildlife and countless distilleries. So far I’ve only discovered a tiny part of this beautiful land (and only a handful of distilleries), but doubtless there will be many more trips to come. Sláinte.
